Think back over your day. What are some things you've done well today? I'll go first.
1. I got a good night's sleep, which doesn't always happen
2. I remembered to take my morning supplements
3. I went for a walk and was mindful of my surroundings
4. I enjoyed time outside
5. I worked with my virtual assistant to keep my business running well
None of these things are huge. Still, stopping to realize that I have done some things that are good for my mental and physical health as well as things for my business is helpful to keep me encouraged. Acknowledging these little wins is helpful.
